My adult son has experienced increasing problems with skin conditions, mainly on hands and feet but now affecting his arms, legs and back. We have seen many dermatologists without much success and accumulating different diagnoses along with many wonderful and expensive creams and lotions which do not have much affect. 

I work within the disablity population and have notice many others with similar problems making me wonder if this is not auto immune related.  Any comments or feed back regarding incidence, treatment or referrals would be helpful.
