First off, I want to say how wonderful I think this site is! There is a lot of information in the therapies and scientific evidence that I found extremely interesting. One thing, however, was that by only looking at the home page it gives the assumption that there are only a few therapies and bodies of scientific evidence listed here, which after searching around a bit I discovered that there is much more! My suggestion would be to add something to the therapies and scientific evidence listed on the front page that there are also links to much more if they click on the heading at the top of the page. That way people will know to look farther when only giving a quick glance.

You make a very valid point and it prompted us to rethink our home page. We changed the text and added "More" under the list of therapies, research, and news. What do you think?? Better?
