Lauren Haukoos's 13th birthday party was a celebration of her becoming a teenager and a tribute to the "village" that helped treat this girl with autism. Forty guests, including speech therapists and those who worked with Lauren on discrete trail therapy, were invited to record messages on her birthday video and look through the scrapbook of her life that they helped to build. This team therapy approach continues to work in her life.
