Eve McClanahan, owner of Black Dirt Dance in Pine Island, is teaching a ballet class specifically for girls with autism. Ballet is structured and disciplined; dance instruction provides increased skills in listening and following directions.
In addiiton to the ballet class, a class in music therapy for boys with autism is provided.
