News: Center of Hope Helps Children with Autism Reach Personal Goals

The Center of Hope in Rockville, Illinois provides children with autism and other developmental disabilities the chance to reach their highest potential. The center was created in 1948 by Barbara Olson to educate children who were thought to be unsuited for public school. Now it reaches children and adults with tools for socialization, vocational skills, and community service. In addition, the center has one of the few therapeutic listening programs for adults with sensory integration issues.
