The New Alternative Therapy Center in South Florida is a fitness center for children with autism and other disabilities. The therapy center was founded by Elvis Calderon, a former body builder and massage therapist. The children learn strength, flexibility and balance on gymnastic equipment or using a Universal Exercise Unit. The focus of the physical therapy center is on 1-8 year old children: "We're looking to reach their limitation, take that child as far as that child can possibly go."
