Toys R Us recently released a toy catalog aimed at children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Toys R Us worked with Lekotek, a non-profit organization that helps parents select appropriate play items for their children. "Lekotek reviews the toys in the guide and assigns them with code symbols for the developmental skills they aid." The various toys help with shapes and colors identification and increase visual skills and language skills.
