Tennessee Developmental Center Uses Applied Behavior Analysis

Lee University Developmental Inclusion Classroom (LUDIC) in Tennessee focuses on early intervention using applied behavior analysis (ABA). The director, Dr. Tammy Johnson, is currently working on her ABA certification explaining that while she has equivalent experience, TN insurance is more likely to help with costs for a certified behavior analyst. LUDIC believes that early intervention, particularly when ABA is used, can be very effective for children with autism. Dr. Johnson is an advocate of one-on-one interaction with the children who attend LUDIC.
