Psychologists have a way of testing to see whether there are "€œsibling relationship problems" within a family. Psychologists can also test to see in what ways brothers and sisters learn from and adapt to a child who is different. This paper reviews research on the brothers and sisters of children with autism. The author suggests that brothers and sisters should receive therapy if they are having trouble with being the sibling of a child with autism.
