What is your directory?

Healing Thresholds provides a comprehensive directory of autism therapy and service providers. The directory is free for both users and providers. Providers may subscribe to receive an enhanced listing, which increases the prominence of their listings and enables them to display more information about their services.

Why should I try an enhanced listing?

Creating an enhanced listing significantly increases the number of customer contacts you are likely to receive. It signals to users that you are engaged with the autism community and ready to take an appointment. It also gives the additional context for a user to select you. Finally, it raises your prominence by putting your listing in the therapist box at the top left of every page.

The first month of silver and gold monthly subscriptions are free.  That means that you can create an enhanced listing and cancel at any time in the first month without your credit card being charged.  After that, monthly subscriptions cost just $19.95 or $39.95 a month, with 2 months free for annual billing.

What are the enhanced listings options?

All directory listings include name, physical address, phone number, and category.

For $19.95/month, you can upgrade to a silver listing. This lets you add your web address, email, and a paragraph describing your practice. Furthermore, silver and gold enhanced listings are displayed in the Targeted Listings block on every page. This block uses GeoIP technology to determine the location of the site user and display 3 nearby therapists. A silver listing is $199.95 when paid annually, which provides 2 months free compared to monthly billing.

For $39.95/month, you can have a gold listing. This provides all the same information as silver, plus you can add a photograph of yourself, and testimonials from your patients describing their experience with your practice. This additional information can provide the context prospective clients need when choosing a therapist. A gold listing is $399.95 when paid annually, which provides 2 months free compared to monthly billing.

Therapists are displayed based on their geographic location. Some practices work mainly over the phone or the Internet, and so are not limited to serving patients in a specific location. For them, we make available a platinum listing, which provides the same information as gold, but shows up on search results pages in all geographies. This costs $199.95 per month or $1999.95 per year, which provides 2 months free compared to monthly billing.

The first month of silver and gold monthly listings is a free trial period.

How do I add my practice?

If your practice is not currently listed, you can easily add yourself using our Create a Listing form. You need to register with the site before you can complete the form. Registration is free and requires only a valid email address.

My category of therapy is not listed

Healing Thresholds currently provides the following directory entries: Applied Behavior Analysis, Cognitive Behavioral, Craniosacral, Marriage and Family, Movement, Neurofeedback, Pediatric Chiropractor, Pediatric Dentist, Pediatric Nutritionist, Pediatric Psychiatrist, Pediatric Psychologist, Special Education School, Special Needs Attorney, and Speech.  We also include an Other category for everything else.

How do I subscribe to an enhanced listing?

To upgrade to an enhanced listing, find your entry and select "Claim this listing". If you do not already have an entry in our directory, you can Create a Listing. Now, click Edit and add the additional information you would like displayed.

Finally, click on the Pay Now button for the kind of subscription you want. This will take you to PayPal, where you can complete the transaction and activate your enhanced listing.

Can I trust Healing Thresholds with my credit card?

You don't need to. All transactions are made through PayPal, and Healing Thresholds never sees your credit card or bank account information. Instead, when you complete your transaction with PayPal, we are notified and immediately activate your enhanced listing.

How do I cancel my enhanced listing subscription?

You can cancel at any time using either one of two methods. Either login to Healing Thresholds, select the subscription, and cancel it, or log into PayPal and cancel your subscription from there.

How do I update my contact info?

If you have not already done so, find your listing and select "Claim this listing". Now, you can edit the information.

How do I delete my entry?

Please use our contact form to request that we delete your entry. We will first call to confirm that it's really you requesting the removal, and then we'll email you when we have completed the removal.
